Women's Haven Africa through the π–π¨π¦πžπ§β€™π¬ π•π¨π’πœπž 𝐚𝐧𝐝 π‹πžπšππžπ«π¬π‘π’π© 𝐒𝐧 π†π‘πšπ§πš 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 in partnership with Plan International Ghana with support from Canada’s Foreign Policy β€” Global Affairs Cannada has supported 50 marginalized women with thier businesses.

Over a period of 6 months, Women’s Haven Africa on the WVL project in partnership with Plan International Ghana with Funding from Canada’s Foreign Policy β€” Global Affairs Canada has trained 50 women (30 with fragile businesses and 20 with collapsed businesses) whose businesses and livelihoods have been greatly affected by the Covid19 pandemic through business development, financial literacy, vocational skills trainings and have connected them to mentorship.

Women’s Haven Africa through the project has provided seed funding to three marginalized women to establish their businesses. This support will enable these women establish their own businesses and contribute to the economic development of Ghana. The beneficiaries of the project will receive continual mentorship will be connected to our communities and network to grow and build resilient and sustainable businesses with the knowledge, skills and other support received from the Women’s Voice and Leadership in Ghana Project.
